Ceiling Grid and Blank panels

TripleAir offer various grades of suspended grid systems to suit a wide of applications including ISO Classification 1-9 (ISO14644-1) and compliant with loading and fire ratings demanded for critical areas, reaction to Fire EuroClass 1, A2-S1,dO, Harmonised Technical Specification 13501-1,13501.2, 13964-2004: EN13964:2004/A12:2006, EN1090-1. Available in epoxy powder coated or anodised extruded aluminium with either zinc cast or pressed joints and suitable for both Dryseal or Fluidseal. Triple Air offer assistance with design and load calculations and a single source for ease of construction compatibility.

We offer various options of ceiling panels (tiles) to suit room applications including walk on, acoustic panels, steel panels (various gauges to suit room pressures) and clips to hold the panels in place if required. If the room has a requirement for a sprinkler system, we can accommodate this using either our HD55-70 grid or 60-65 Gel Grid supplied with precision die cast joints which can facilitate the use of sprinkler heads or cable entry glands. Our grid systems are widely used in semi-conductor manufacturing, high tech and micro-electronics, pharmaceutical areas, LAF’s and data centres.
