In Line Housings

TripleAir In Line HEPA filter Housings are airtight inline duct housings designed to take single or multiple HEPA filters in a single bank for installation in ducted systems. They are used for the in-line supply and re-circulation of HEPA filtered air. They can also be used to exhaust air from cleanrooms where contamination-free filter change using a plastic bag is not required. For use in pharmaceutical production, pharmaceutical and biotechnology laboratories, hospitals and the healthcare facilities.

A reinforced mild steel construction allows positive pressures of up to 2500 Pa and negative pressures of up to 3000 Pa, with higher pressures available if required. Typical airflows from 1 m3/s to 12 m3/s but larger sizes are available. TripleAir ducted HEPA housings are available for HEPA only or with integral pre-filter section. Differential pressure connections are included for both the main filter and the pre-filter section for continuous monitoring

Airtight side access doors, with star wheel turn-locks, enable easy replacement of filter elements. Internal and external hardware in manufactured from stainless steel. Other optional finishes available to suit specific environment or mounting location.

Insulated In-Line HEPA Housings are also available using an insulated panel construction with side access doors. They can be used externally or where noise insulation is required. The panels can be powder coated steel or PVC faced steel with rockwool core suitable for internal or external installation. Option also available for stainless steel.

Side Access In Line compact filter housings are designed for horizontal installation. Constructed as a galvanized in-line duct section and provided with side-access doors in the direction of airflow.
